Are you SMITTEN for details and aesthetics? We are, too! The RW Events’ Plan + Design package will keep you organized while creating a panache for inspiring décor. We’re not your typical, ‘cookie-cutter’ team. Our team will work meticulously with you to define your style, needs, and overall vision. Once determined:

  • the Studio Session – face to face meetings with your RW Events stylist + planner as needed throughout the planning process
  • the Budget Analysis Session – we get down to the “nitty gritty” and determine a comprehensive budget that is comfortable for both the couple and parents, determine the out of pocket costs for all parties involved, and prioritize spending
  • the Budget Manager – spreadsheets are a serious addiction for us – We will create a detailed payment schedule for your vendors and send out timely email alerts as your payments are due
  • the Team – your event stylist will aid you in assembling an elite team of professionals with an impressive portfolio. We’ll obtain quotes based on your outlined needs and schedule consultations and design sessions
  • the Plan – personalized timeline and tracking to ensure you remain on task during the planning process. You will also receive an RW Events informative planning binder
  • the Location – we will assist you in finding a location that not only embraces your style but that fits within the parameters of your wedding budget. We will provide you with an informative venue analysis while evaluating your top choices
  • the Concierge Services – we’ll assist with the out of town guest accommodations, rehearsal dinner, tracking your RSVP’s, menu development, and seating chart. You will have an assigned personal assistant the day of your wedding to guarantee you remain calm and stress-free
  • the Design Blueprint – our stylists will create a custom storyboard embracing your vision for your wedding day complete with room design, lighting, linen, custom dance floor, event furniture, and floral ideas. We will be prepared to present you with a sample tablescape at your scheduled tasting or at least 90 days prior to the scheduled event
  • the Rehearsal – expert coordination of the processional and recessional/detailed timeline provided for the bridal party
  • the Essentials – assisting with the transition between events, providing an essential emergency kit and a comprehensive wedding day itinerary to all parties involved, supervising the set-up of your ceremony and reception locations, keeping the groom calm while he awaits the arrival of his beautiful bride, organizing your grand exit from the reception site, and collecting any/all personal items left behind
