PLANNING & RENTALS

The Collections

We’re all about the details and revamping our inventory to make the selection process easier for our clients.

Starting March 7th – RW Style (our vintage rental division) will showcase Seating Collections. The collections will give clients the flexibility of choosing set groupings to accommodate up to18 persons. The groupings will feature vintage settees, chesterfield sofas, queen Anne chairs, tables, accent pillows, and so much more. Each grouping is categorized by color and will allow the client to add décor elements such as styling services, gallery wall backdrops, floral, and custom signage.

We’re creating mood boards to make the selection process easier. Each mood board includes inventory to compliment your color concept, followed by seating collections, ideas for cake + dessert displays, sweetheart tables, and other wedding day essentials. The collections will be displayed in a user friendly format with pricing included.

Here is a sneak peek of the Lincoln collection mood board :: Noir + Porcelain

Chic tip :: add metallic accents to the décor. My, oh, my, the possibility of gold, silver, or rose gold makes my heart skip a beat!

Inventory in Action | Sweet Spot + Lovebirds Vignette

How gorgeous do these rental pieces look all decked out with sweets and stunning floral! We simply adored the rich color palette Juliann + Christopher chose for their lakeside wedding at Cypress Grove, and it complemented our vintage pieces so perfectly!

Real Wedding | Christina + Ricklen

This sweet couple hosted an elegant garden inspired wedding at Cypress Grove Estate House. They decked out this lakefront venue with lush florals, sparkly chargers, and some of our favorite rentals – farm tables! Did you know we have these in two sizes – our standard 8′ farm tables and 60″ square tables? Mixing these with round guest tables gives the reception space just the perfect rustic touch =)

Inventory In Action | William

William is one of my favorite dining tables – he’s the perfect combination of rustic + vintage elegance! He’s a great choice for sweetheart tables, especially if you’d like to display lots of pretty florals {or garland} or a cute pair of Mr. + Mrs. signs.

Real Wedding | Marian + Adam

How stunning was Marian + Adam’s Cypress Grove Estate House wedding!? We loved the pretty purple hues the bride chose {these were incorporated in the floral and our vintage rentals}, along with the marquee they hung behind the sweetheart table. So fun!

Floral | Fleur & Lumiere

I swoon at the sight of gorgeous flowers, but this fall inspired floral had me in a daydreaming fog. The hues of reds and purples… oh and the greenery! They were perfectly gathered and designed by our friends at Fleur and Lumiere. The best part of this floral is, that it looks as if they were picked right from your own garden yet has a refined elegance to it. Purple is making a comeback but not just any purple, plum and I, for one could not be happier! -Shadow

Vignettes | Social Lounge

Favorite social lounge of 2015 goes to…..Kimberly’s design for our Annual Design Challenge! It stings a bit to say it since I came in second, but I can’t help falling in love with this seating area. Her challenge was to create a space that incorporated country with glam and boy, did she out do herself.

Let’s start with the furniture selection. In choosing smaller, more delicate pieces, she has created a sense of elegance and refinement. She used the color of the year, Marsala, which was the perfect pop of color against our white Tiger settee (plus, lots of our brides have or still are incorporating this hue into their color palette). Lesley {from Flowers by Lesley} and Kim were the perfect team, and you can see why. They added the most perfect touches of floral and greenery throughout, and did you see those chandeliers!? What I love the most, though, are the small details meticulously placed throughout, from the cowboy spurs to the scripted labels to the stunning bridal bouquet. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2016’s challenge! – Shadow

Vignettes | Rustic Glam Dessert Display

I loved this entire wedding. The soft muted colors, the rustic details and the adorable couple! This is a wonderful depiction of rustic elegance. Our double barrel table, Emmett, stood under the bright crystals of a chandelier and was framed in sheer draping to create a dramatic contrast between elegant & rustic. Topped with sweets & goodies, this dessert table became a focal point for the evening! -Katie
